When Phillip was born Maleficent wasn't invited to his party so she placed a curse on him that he'd die, similar to Aurora's curse. However Merrywheather saves him by saying he'd be saved by the kiss of a young lady who's brave, smart, caring, kind, sweet, and is truly has inner beauty. So they try to find a princess(assuming that the girl is royalty) for him to marry. Phillip grows up being rebellious and sneaks out of the palace dressed as a commoner to escape the pressure of palace life. He becomes friends with a simple peasent girl named Cinderella. On his birthday he's the curse happens so they try to find a princess who's kiss can break the spell. Cinderella breaks the spell with her kiss. Than Maleficent turns into a dragon but Phillip defeats her. Than Phillip and Cinderella get married and live happily ever after.
