From what I can gather, the story of Rapunzel Unbraided was supposed to be that two romantically-challenged teens (from San Francisco I think) were transported to the world of Rapunzel and took her and her prince's bodies. The real Rapunzel and her prince were transformed into a squirrel and a dog. Hilarity ensues.

The "Rapunzel Unbraided" icon is by ppv, and is made from a screencap from an extremely short animated part of the scrapped movie.

I think I prefer Tangled alot better! I'm glad they decied to go with the classic story instead! I just loved the movie and I wouldn't change the movie one bit,it's perfect as it is! So I'm glad they droped the other idea because it kind of sound lame and din't make sinse! So I'm glad the decied to go with the classic story instead,because it's amazing and I love it!

Man, so happy they changed their plans and re-worked Tangled into something completely different.

Don't shoot me for this, but I think that the overall story of this Rapunzel:Unbraided is actually pretty interesting. Maybe if it was done by another company like Dreamworks it could work. It just doesn't seem like something Disney would do.
