Well, it depends on the type of writing. I have a feeling that Tiana would tell a good story, just by the way she talks. IDK, I just get that vibe from her. Also, while reading a lot doesn't mean you can write, I also think Belle would write more sensitive, traditional poetry, or traditional ballads.

^^Hmmmm, the only thing I see when I Google is tanka, and that's Japanese as well . . . anyways, I get your message. Mulan would write Chinese poetry in your opinion (I've only seen it referred to as 'Chinese poetry'- I've never seen/heard of different types).
