The alternatives are both lovely pieces of music, but I think the power and pacing of the original fits the scene better. I've always loved the music they chose for that scene.

I don't hear that much of a difference between alternative 1 and 2. I think I could hear #2 better. When the different music started, the first thing I thought was "Asian". XD Owned?

But yeah, it also sounds stronger to me, I think. Someone left a comment, saying that it sounded more determined while the one in the movie sounded more desperate. What I like is the part at 1:25-1:31 in alternative #2.

#2 is quite beautiful and it seems to fit more than the one in the movie. But I still prefer the synthesizers. XP
