Elsa is SO insecure about everything. I don't know what procedure she would get, though.

Well, she wears so much make-up, so I'm guessing she cares about her looks.

I don't think any of them would get plastic surgery, so I had to create a scenario in my head. Since plastic surgery doesn't exist in a semi-realistic historical context, it takes place today.

Rapunzel is a young girl abused by her mother, Gothel. But since Gothel doesn't ouright abuse her, prefering to toy with her emotions and self-worth, Rapunzel believes she is loved by her mom. From the emotional manipulation she suffered, she has now very low-self esteem, in particular about her looks, which Gothel always "playfully" criticizes, calling her chubby, buck-toothed, underdeveloped, etc. So in hopes to earn her mother's approval, Rapunzel begins to undergo lots of plastic surgery, such as blespharoplasty, rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty, mammoplasty, etc, gradually becoming more cartoonish and Barbie-esque looking.

(Okay, I know this sounds totally OOC for au-naturell Rapunzel, but I think that is is fittingnin the scenario I described).

Ariel just wanted to leg because it's hard around land on fins, though she did express a want to jump and dance. Anyway I don't see any reason to say Ariel isn't confident and comfortable in her skin.

Elsa, she seems like she would gladly do it if it seemed like the easy way out.
