Her design is really cute. But she isn't the first one. Sofia is the first (lol). I think people mean Mestizo or something. Latinos aren't all brown-skinned, black-haired Mexicans. And if people hate it that much, maybe we should just get rid of her to save them the annoyance.

But why have her be on Disney junior instead of her having her own movie in the animated canon? I mean, Tiana and Mulan don't come from the Disney Channel or anything like that. It seems an insult to hispanic/latino Disney fans everywhere.

And btw, Avalor is such a lame name for a fictional kingdom. It sounds like something you'd find in one of those knock-off fantasy books like Eragon or something, not something truly good lol.

This will be great for little girls (if the family has access to Disney Junior) but it would be more meaningful if she had a feature film, thus more visibility. If she becomes super popular than maybe (although I highly doubt it) they will make a movie for her.
