Of course. Anna is the main character in her movie, so she gets far more scenes than Jasmine. And some of Jasmine's scenes are not focusing on her. We even don't know her hobby!

Both are well-developed. But in my opinion Anna takes the cake if she's against Jasmine. Like 3xZ said she had far more screen time and focus on her character then Jasmine did.
