I hate the Sultan!! He is ruling Agrabah and doesn't know that there are hungry children living on the street.Also bothers me that he does nothing against Jafar after Jasmine told him about the beheading of Aladdin. He is like:ok its an error, can happen ..lets make peace again . He has nothing in common with Maurice only the appearance

Personality wise, yes. They both have that same sweet and fatherly kind of attitude. You just gotta love the both. However, I do kind of agree with DIAMELA. Then again, don't most kings have that kind of attitude?

Somewhat, but not completely. The Sultan tries to be more authoritarian and controlling, while Maurice is more permissive and "modern".
