I guess..

Great movies, but a tad overrated.

Nether! Not even close! Calling it The Beauty and the Best is crazy, calling it The Lion King is INSANE!

Am I the only person who doesn't think the Lion King is all that great? Sure it's a good movie, but there are better movies out there.

Frozen isn't the best movie ever, but it's one of them.

I think Lion King is fantastic. It's my favorite Disney movie and second favorite animated movie of all time. It's written very well. With beautiful relationships and great romance. I think Simba's and Nala's romance is very natural. Unlike Anna's and Kristoff's that felt really forced. Timon and Pumba are best Disney sidekicks. It has the best humor, and it's not forced unlike Frozen. I felt friendship between Timon and Pumba and Simba, and the father son realitionship way more than Anna and Elsa's sisterly relationship. The soundtrack is fine, Let It Go is a great song, but the other songs are really forgettable. Frozen was good, I won't say it's not. But it felt crammed and very rushed. And the villain... Scar is BY FAR a better villain.

Purplerose- I was so happy to hear I am not the only one who thinks the Lion King is not as great as people say it is.

I don't know, there were other movies that came out this year that I like far more than Frozen and these other two.

Neither, but If we want to compare the Disney Renaissance to the Disney Revival then It would be TPATF=TLM, Winnie The Pooh=The rescuers down under, Tangled=BATB, WIR=Aladdin, Frozen=TLK
But I don't think Frozen is as good as The Lion King
