The dress is two colors- I just wish Disney would accept that.

I love her in purple

I have no idea why the fairies didnt just do that! and as a blonde, purple would be the ideal color. however, they'll never do this because Rapunzel's main dress is purple (though since they gave Ariel a green dress, it would make logical sense to give Rapunzel her pink one since Ariel no longer has the pink, then they could give Aurora purple...).

if not, her blue.

She would look absolutely beautiful in purple (in fact, I think I prefer it to her blue/pink dress) but I don't think they should market her dress as purple since it was never once purple in the movie... it'd just be an odd decision from a marketing point of view.

When the book closes at the end of the movie, the last screen of this dress is pink, so pink is her colour!
