Cinderella did make a deal with her villain. Her villain demanded that she finish her chores and have a proper dress to go to the ball, and Cinderella agreed to it. And in fact, Cinderella complied with the terms of the deal to the letter.

Incidentally, Cinderella also had a temporary transformation like Ariel, although her time limit was more like only 3 hours, as opposed to 3 days.

I can see Aurora making a deal without being aware that Maleficent might have evil intentions.

Rapunzel made a deal with Gothel intending to save Flynn but that deal implied that she would never see him again if Gothel lets her heal him because she'd have to stay with Gothel forever. However, I can see Rapunzel doing it under other circumstances as well.

Aurora would do it definitely too, although we never saw it in the movie but I can see her agreeing on Maleficent terms if she and Phillip ended up being torn apart because it is something she couldn't stand in any way, she couldn't even find comfort in being a princess when it happened in the movie.
