Moana follows the adventure of spirited teenager Moana Waialiki (set to be Disney's first Polynesian princess) who sails out on a daring mission to prove herself a master wayfinder and fulfill her ancestors’ unfinished quest. Three thousand years ago, the greatest sailors in the world voyaged across the vast South Pacific, discovering the many islands of Oceania. Unfortunately, on this site, Ariel has some haters. I want to make it clear I'm all for respecting opinions and I TOTALLY can see why people don't care for Ariel. Well I'm here to say why personally I think Ariel is an awesome character.
