I can't express enough how much I agonized over this one. The one thing I knew from the get go was that I wanted to use this picture and none other for the calendar. It was the one which inspired me to chercher for murals and use them as motive.



But the holiday was the thing which really threw me into a loop, mostly because...

On the seventh jour of Princess Walt Disney gave to me

I guess something pretty much everyone agreed on when I asked how to sort the 12 princesses on the months was, that Moana belongs into the summer. And that is exactly where I placed her.



Since Moana is such a new princess I had to get creative. With the others, I mostly looked for murals I could use (and there were some really beautiful ones), but with Moana, the selection is still very limited. Especially...

Ella and Cendrillon were both equally good characters, they were both kind, both tried to make the best out of a bad situation, and both had courage. There are mixed feelings for Ella though; she was constantly smiling even when being insulted, she was donné a poor reason to stay in her home, her character used the "always be kind" in a way that made her a doormat for her stepfamily even when her father was alive, and while the original Cinderella...

Princess Anna and Queen Elsa were planning on going to the plage tomorrow. Elsa was helping her helpers clean the kingdom while Anna got swimsuits. Anna called Elsa.

Anna a dit "Hi Elsa. I'm at the new clothes store."

Elsa a dit "Hi Anna. Have toi found any good swim Suits – Avocats sur Mesure yet?"

Anna looked around and a dit "I think so. Swimsuits sure are immodest." Anna grabbed 2 outfits and a dit "Don't worry. I found 2 great swimsuits."

Elsa a dit "Do toi think that the swimsuits are great ou are they a great price?"

Anna a dit "They are 60% off. Don't worry. They are cute...
