Sobbing, all three of the Bimbettes collapsed against each other in their home. Eliza (the red Bimbette), Ella (the yellow Bimbette) and Emily (the green Bimbette) had been crying for days over the death of Gaston. Belle had been nice enough to arrange for the baker to deliver nourriture and drink, because none of them had the strength ou motivation to go into town. If they had cried horribly when they thought Gaston was marrying another girl, they absolutely sobbed, depressed, when he died. They had been crying for two weeks now, and Eliza was starting to get sick of crying. She was the smartest Bimbette, and dried her tears and stood up straight.
"We have to stop."
Ella looked up, but didn't stop crying. "But..b-but Gaston-"
"Yes. Gaston died," Ella sniffled. "But we have to stop sobbing our eyes out and ruining our complexions over a hot guy who had his cœur, coeur set on someone else."
Emily, curled up against her sister, joined the conversation, clutching Eliza's sleeve. "My life just feels empty now. Gaston was everything, and now...there's a hole."
Ella stood, and inspired look on her tearstained cheeks. "There's a way...a way to fill the emptiness."
Eliza looked shocked and impressed. "How?"
"We're in Disney, right?"
"Right."
"And no guy is hotter than a Disney guy, right?"
All the sisters stood. "Right!"
"Gaston wasn't the only poisson in the sea. Sure, some are taken, but there are others!"
"Totally!"
Ella's nose wrinkled like it always did when she was deep in thought. "There's no one left here, though. Adam is married to Belle, Gaston is...is...no longer available, and who else is left? Le Fou? Maurice? The creepy insane asylum guy??"
"No!"
"But...hardly any Disney guys are single. Am I supposed to date...Quasimodo????? CLOPIN??"
"Ooh, Clopin! I'll go for the man in the mask!"
"Focus! This is a major problem!"
"We'll just find someone as we go. Besides, even if we don't find anyone, it'll stop the depression!"
"Right!"
Just then, the baker and his wife came in, carrying trays of pain and pitchers of water.
"Are toi girls feeling better?" the baker's wife asked gently. She seemed relieved, all the other times she and her husband had come, the Bimbettes had been crying and didn't notice them.
"Better than ever. If fact, we don't need toi to deliver anymore. We'll...be out of town for a few days."
"Well, that's great, girls. Have fun on your trip!"
They turned to leave, Ella rushed vers l'avant, vers l’avant and help the door open for them. Once they had left, and the door was closed behind them, Ella turned around. "Let's go!"
"But wait..." Eliza a dit thoughtfully. "How do we get to the other movies?"
"Maybe we could ask Belle. She seems smart," Emily pointed out. "She knew we weren't going to be strong enough to get nourriture and drink for ourselves."
Moments later, the Bimbettes were seated in the parlor with Belle, sipping Mrs. Potts' incredible rose-petal tea. Emily had explained their idea to Belle, but Eliza added how they'd hit a major roadblock. Belle looked conflicted once they were done, and set down her tea, deep in thought. After several moments of silence, she reached into a hidden pocket in her dress and pulled out a futuristic silver remote control. It was large fit with several buttons, a screen, and a keypad. The Bimbettes gasped at the sight of it.
"Where did toi get that?"
"Um...I got it from Rapunzel. 3D, toi know, she has the technology. But toi can't tell anyone about this. It's haut, retour au début secret, and Rapunzel wouldn't be happy if she knows I'm letting toi use it. This will let toi déplacer from movie to movie. Just press this button here to power it up, this button to activate the keypad, then type the movie toi want to go to, press this button, then type your names out. When toi get back, return the remote to me. Don't damage it at ALL."
"Thank you, Belle! toi don't know how much this will help us!"
"When are toi leaving?"
"Now!"
"Alright, then. I'll give toi some privacy." Belle left the parlor.
"Where should we go?"
"Well, we can skip Snow White. The Prince is girly-looking and I don't rendez-vous amoureux, date guys shorter than me."
"Maybe we could pick up some guys at Cindy's ball!"
"Only girl were invited to that remember?"
"Oh. Well, we should go anyway. We could dance with the prince, and then go to town to pick up some middle-class guys!"
Emily took the remote from Eliza and punched in their names and the word "Cinderella".
Then they were gone.
