Big surprise. The outfit that is clearly meant to be a joke comes in last place. Do I really need to go into any explanation on this one? Although I vaguely remember a few randos saying that they thought it was cool. Why do I get the feeling those kids were the ones who ate glue and got stuffed into lockers in middle school? Moving on...

6. rose Ballgown

What was that little chienne Carlotta thinking? I bet she's jealous because Ariel's hotter than she is (by a longshot obviously) and so she purposely put Ariel in this gown. Like really? Why didn't they just write Happy Valentine's jour on her forehead in permanent marker? Not that Eric noticed. He was too busy checking out the girls.

5. rose Nightgown

Kind of cute, I guess...although I'm betting a lot of grannies have died peacefully while sleeping in this outfit.

4. Wedding Gown

Let me guess...more wardrobe assistance from Carlotta? I'm sorry but what is with those puffy sleeves Ariel? This is your wedding jour damn it! Melody is gonna be looking through old scrapbooks thinking that even her own puffy capris and button up tank haut, retour au début are cuter than half the shit Ariel tries to pull off. Oh well, this was made in the eighties after all.

3. Shimmering Purple Dress

Definitely the most glamorous outfit Ariel wears. Some people found it tacky and outdated with its weird lumpy turtleneck licou, halter section. But overall, it's pretty cute. Who the hell knew King Triton had an eye for fashion?

2. Casual Village Dress

Somewhat inspired par Aurora's peasant dress, this is one of Ariel's best outfits. She looks simply precious with her hair pulled back in a bow and this dress is very pretty worn alone as well. But it's not quite as awesome as Ariel's number one look...

1. Purple Seashells and Blue-Green Tail

HELL YEAH! par a mere 2 percent, Ariel's true mermaid form comes out on top! One of the main reasons we all l’amour the girl is the fact that her story takes us to a world no other Disney movie can imagine...UNDER THE SEA. When Ariel's rocking her mermaid look, her beautiful hair flows gracefully around her and she is quite simply at her best. Nowadays the only people who get to see Ariel in her seashells are Eric and Grimsby (although I don't think she's awake when Grimsby's checking them out).

Why Do We View the Classics As Weak Willed Floozies?

toi hear it all the time. Snow White is dumb, Cendrillon is weak, Aurora is boring. These vague, sweeping generalizations that are constantly applied to the Classic Princesses. I rarely hear these claims for other Pre-Renaissance heroines. Would any one call Alice boring? ou Marian weak? ou Anita dumb? Why do we normally aim these accusations at the princesses?

Perhaps it's because we've been raised in a different era. An era that scorns femininity and regularly throws terms like slut and floozy at any girl that steps outside our narrow ideals of what a woman should be? Isn't that terrifyingly...

We talk about the Princes and the Princesses but we never talk about how the villains sang because well out of the 12 films only 7 sing and I only counted 6 because La Reine des Neiges just came out and not everyone has seen the movie ou own the soundtrack.

Hi everyone, it's been ages since I had written my last review! Anyway, today I am going to be écriture the Little Mermaid review and what my younger brother name Prasert and I felt about this 2023 live action reboot!

The Storyline

While the majority of the story is the same, however there are a number of changes I felt that it filled the plot hole of the 1989 film to which we all grew up with. Like we get to see the backstory of Triton and Ursula relationship as siblings, which was the original idea for the 1989 animated film.

The first La Reine des Neiges film made such a big impact on me that I became very excited for a sequel. The sequel ended up coming out about six years after the first film. This was because the makers of La Reine des Neiges planned on La Reine des Neiges being a standalone story. Hey, y'all! Welcome to my first article of this series! I'll be talking about each detail from both a tradionally animated film AND a live-action one. Keep in mind, while I'm happy to give my input on a majority of these films, some I'm going to have to mentally prepare for in the meantime. But let's not go further into that. The tenth Mary Sue test. This one is for Mulan, who's called a Mary Sue sometimes (mostly par people who are amer about her popularity, but they kind of have a point, especially with how she's always portrayed as superior to all the other princesses).
