Rapunzel’s brow lowered in determination, and she reached out…

The unseen force released her, pushing her into the person whose accueil she’d just broken into. They tumbled to the floor, and Elsa was only aware of three things: her icy magic, glaring into the petite girl’s arms and covering them in frost, the angry, painful burning sensation caused par the girl’s glowing hair; which was draped over the former queen’s prone figure, and the fact that the red-headed assassin was standing on the windowsill, an Arrow in her bow and prepared to do her job. All of this meant one thing, and one thing only.

Elsa was going to be killed, her death punctuated par the frost seeping like blood from her figure, the burns of a strange girl’s magic hair, and the sound of an Arrow piercing flesh. This was the epitome of a severe disadvantage.

Chapter Two: Hearts and Skeletons

Elsa closed her eyes and set her mind on Anna, wanting her last thoughts to be of her sister. She was ready for death. She heard the twanging sound of the Arrow being released, heard the swish of it flying towards her though the air, now she prepared herself for the sound of an Arrow imbedding itself in her flesh. She wondered if it’d pierce her heart.

But the Arrow didn’t pierce anything. Rapunzel, hair still shining a brilliant gold, jumped to her feet when she saw the redhead in her window. Grabbing a frying pan from a counter, she swung her frying pan in front of Elsa and the arrows glanced harmlessly off of the cast-iron cookware.

But the killer-for-hire had no intention to give up without a fight. Glaring at her opponent, she reloaded her bow and fired dozens of arrows at Elsa, all of which simply bounced off the frying pan. She had one last arrow. The murderer knew that she wouldn’t be able to assassinate the Queen with this girl in the way, so she pulled back her bowstring and fired her bow.

The Arrow pierced straight into Rapunzel’s heart.

“Ugh, my back is killing me,” Gothel complained to no one at all as she strode through the forest. “I’m getting old.” It was the truth, no matter how well she hid it. She wasn’t as suited for long journeys as she was years ago.

And where was this woman going, toi ask? Her final destination was the Kingdom of Arendelle, as there was a wedding she had to attend and a recently crowned monarch she had to talk to. But she wanted to pay a visit to an old friend first.

Finally, her surroundings changed from forest to a clearing suivant to a pristine marble wall. The clearing was full of wilted flowers, but Gothel didn’t care. In fact, it would have set the mood pretty well, had this been a play instead of real life. The woman strode up to the gilded gate set into the marble wall, and pulled out a jagged key.

“Looking good, Snowy,” she a dit cordially to the petite skeleton pinned to the marble wall, her Bones as pristine as her namesake. The woman gave a little chortle, then jammed the key into the door and it opened. She entered the walled in palace courtyard, leaving Snow White’s skeletal corpse alone again.

Gothel strode purposefully into the palace and onward, until she found herself in a tiny basement area filled with alchemical tools. A dangerously beautiful woman was sitting at a table, pouring a ground up white powder into a red liquid. Gothel walked right up to her; not fearing her like most of the world.

“Hello, sister dearest,” she a dit with a smirk. The dangerously beautiful woman whirled around, droplets of a strange liquid slopping out of a beaker.

Back in Rapunzel’s tower, the hired killer had a triumphant grin on her face as she gazed over the petite girl who she had just shot through the heart, the fatal Arrow embedded down to the shaft in Rapunzel’s chest.

But the grin was soon wiped of the redhead’s face, as Rapunzel, her hair still glowing and still brandishing a frying pan, casually pulled the Arrow out and dropped it to the floor. The assassin watched on in awe as the wound, which was oozing a luminescent, golden blood, swiftly began to close up and was soon completely unharmed skin, leaving nothing but the tear in her dress as evidence of the attempted murder.

The murderous archer’s eyes widened, as she realized that her target had found refuge with not a aléatoire and easily killable girl, but with an ethereal and magical creature not unlike the dethroned Queen in power.

Rapunzel wasn’t at all harmed par the Arrow that had minutes il y a pierced her heart, but she decided from the fact that two people had broken into her tower and one had tried to kill her, that her mother had been completely right about the outside world. She had to do what her mother would do if she’d been here, and get rid of them.

Striding vers l'avant, vers l’avant and trying to seem plus dangerous and confident than she was, Rapunzel cornered the girl who had shot her. The assassin hadn’t moved from her window ledge perch, and now she was torn between the girl who had bled or and the sheer drop from the tower’s edge.

The golden-haired girl’s long, long hair flew about her, fluttering around herself and Merida and encasing them both in strands of what seemed plus like spun or than hair. Rapunzel’s brow lowered in determination, and she reached out… and pushed.

“Never! Come! Back!” the girl shouted as her would-be killer tumbled through the air and Rapunzel’s long hair which still swirled around her, the assassin’s hands grasping for something, anything to cling to. She found something, the golden girl’s long locks of hair, which she managed to tangle herself around, and par climbing down her hair as if it were a rope, she managed to reach the ground in a way that didn’t involve her brains being scattered among the flowers.

However, Rapunzel didn’t care that the archer had survived. She was a good person, and hadn’t wanted anything but for that dangerous person to leave her home. So she stepped away from the window, pulling her long hair back into the tower as she did so.

Stepping back towards the other intruder, she saw that she was unconscious, probably because of the Arrow in her neck, the only one that Rapunzel hadn’t been able to deflect. But that was probably the least interesting thing about the strange girl.

Rapunzel saw that her hair began to glow plus brightly the closer she got to the stranger, the only time her hair had ever shone when nobody was singing. “That’s weird,” Rapunzel muttered, but then she noticed something even plus unordinary: her arms were covered with frost where the currently unconscious girl had touched them.

She had never seen snow, ou frost, ou anything like this up close, so she leaned in to get a better view of her arm. The artist in her took note of how each fleck of ice was different: so this is why that snowstorm painting looked so under-detailed! Reaching out to touch her arm, she was surprised to find it cold as ice and completely numbed.

Rapunzel was about to investigate her frostbitten forearms even further, but then the intruder, still crumpled on the hard wooden floor, began to stir, reminding Rapunzel of the danger she was in.

Holding her frying pan in front of her and her hair shining brighter and brighter as she neared the prone figure, Rapunzel began to raise her frying pan, with all intent to grab her while she was still unconscious. But then, getting a better look at the woman’s face, she realized something: this was the woman she’d seen in her dream, whose eyes were emblazoned on the mur right in front of her.

Rapunzel dropped her frying pan.

She couldn’t do it, couldn’t throw this girl who had done nothing off of her tower like she had done with the one who shot her. And besides, she was currently bleeding, an Arrow embedded in her neck. She was in need. And although her mother had never taught her this, Rapunzel somehow knew that one had to help a person in need.

She knelt down besides the girl from her dream and began to lift her off of the floor.

So, um, that was chapter two... hope toi liked it, although I doubt toi did. And sorry that it was so short.
My 2nd Valentine's jour themed article and this time it's about my haut, retour au début 10 most romantic DP Movie Moments, hope you'll like this article

10. Pocahontas & John Smith shares their first kiss

This was a risky déplacer considering what happened afterwards and considering that they didn't get as much privacy as they wanted, but wow, this scene is so beautiful and romantic, the musique is amazing here and the Kiss is quite passionate

9. Eric shows Ariel his kingdom

I feel like one of few who doesn't find the bateau ride scene to be romantic, it's plus of a silly scene and the song isn't even romantic...

I find that Snow has the opposite problem as Elsa: she is frequently just typed as a sensor (because toi know, she's all traditional and not adventurous and likes to cook and all that boring sensor stuff, right?). There's a lot of bias and stereotyping with MBTI fans, and I used to be guilty of it too (OK, sometimes I still am). though to be fair, I think Snow IS a little underdeveloped in ways, so she could really be interpreted either way. However, I'll explain why I think she uses Ni over Si.

Extraverted Feeling (Fe): No doubt about it, Snow White is warm, caring, and a social butterfly....

I did say I was going to write Christmas related articles here, but I've been wanting to write this one for a while, but I've been putting it off because I thought that pretty much everyone had the same list, but after thinking about it some parts of the liste can variate from person to person though I believe that most of toi will agree with my haut, retour au début 5. Anyway this was par far the hardest liste I've ever written, the haut, retour au début 5 where settled in stone, but the rest where really hard to place. I based this on many aspects, but mostly on if the princess has both her parents alive, one parent alive ou is...

My liste hasn't changed all that much but I thought after rewatching Aladin I would write an updated list.

13. Merida- Not a fan, I'm all for female empowerment but I don't like her attitude. She is just so rude & I do not find her likeable.

12. Elsa- She just really bugs me. I can't think of any other reasons but she just aggravates me.

11. Anna- Not keen on her either. She is not as bad as the other two but I'm not a fan, moving on.

10. Tiana- She is too much of a workaholic. I get that she has dreams to run her own restaurant but she can have fun once in awhile.

9. Jasmine- jasmin has really...

Inspired par link, who did an amazing job(! <3), I really wanted to do my own version with favori Openings. I actually really l’amour the original fairy tale concept of the Disney Princesses and I l’amour the openings that give a plus magical and fairy tale kind of feel. (By the way, I am primarily trying to stick to the first 2-4 minutes.) So here is my ranking of the DP film openings, I hope toi guys enjoy this light read! :D

12. Frozen: La Reine des Neiges Heart/Ice Opening
I personally found this to be uninteresting and irrelevant to the film's magic, fairy tale and princesses (mostly) in the film. No explanation...

I, myself only knew 8 out of 24. Who knows, toi might know plus than me ou know less than me. Either way enjoy lire and absorb the knowledge!

Trivia

1) Art director Brian McEntee color-keyed Belle so that she is the only person in her town who wears blue. This is symbolic of how different she is from everyone else around. Later, she encounters the Beast, another misfit, also wearing blue and with blue eyes. It symbolized good in the film whereas red symbolized evil (the color of Gaston's chemise is red). A notable exception to this code is Gaston's blue eyes - making him the only Disney villain...

I l’amour art! I l’amour culture, history, musique and I l’amour art. I have done some posts and votes about the Disney Princesses in reference to music, culture and fashion but not art yet so I thought I would do that next. I like to think of the Disney Princesses as "cultured" young women who have manners, etiquette, decent universal knowledge and appreciation for the arts. So, in my theory of the Disney Princesses being cultured, albeit each at their own levels, here are the paintings that I think each Disney Princess would l’amour the most. (I could probably find a van Gogh for each of them as I absolutely...

Happy Halloween! After much thinking about this, I think I finally came up with another article that i'm sure would be interesting to talk about.

Everything lives in a balance. there can't be good without bad, light without darkness, etc etc...The dichtonomy of ying-yang and how they complement each other is a subject that I find fascinating to read about, and mostly to apply it to other things. Something interesting i noted is how often in Disney the villains are pretty much the exact opposite of the heroes, but they often sometimes come from a same base. And in that base, they have much in...

I find majority of the DP films to be a bit scary, but that doesn't mean that it's impossible to make a liste of the scariest movies, but it wasn't an easy liste to do, but as usual I hope you'll enjoy this article

12. Cinderella

Okay so the bottom 3 are the only ones I'm really sure about and especially number 12, I mean do I even need to explain why it's last? But luckily it's there for a good reason, but despite being last it does have a few scary moments, but nowhere near as much as the films above

11. Frozen

This movie also lacks scary moments, but I placed it higher because it...

Because I am still in a musical mood but also ready for the "autumn/Halloween" mood, I'd like to incorporate the two! There aren't many DP villain songs global, ensemble but I came up with at least 9 that were good enough to use for the sake of this countdown. I rated each of the songs against how villainous the lyrics were, how villainous the musique sounds, how villainous the scene that accompanies the song in the film is and how villainous is the goal of the villain (or just the villain itself) chant the song? I ranked each song in the 4 categories and then ranked them global, ensemble par accumulative "evil"...

It is the mois of October which, in reference to DPs, definitely makes me think of the villains! Since I enjoy themes, October will have a "Halloween, Autumn, ou Villain" theme in most of my posts. This one is going with Halloween & Villains! I still cannot add any photos to these articles but I will be doing so as soon as possible. I only included the villains that I actually remember doing an "evil laugh" in their original film:

9. Governor Ratcliffe- Pocahontas: Not really an evil laugh, plus of a "bad person" laugh. Not too scary.

8. Lady Tremaine- Cinderella: Although it's evil,...

I have recently learned that the red hair is a recessive gene and will eventually die out in centuries to come. To think of it, it is very sad as I absolutely l’amour the fiery reds. So this article is inspired from this récent learning and to dedicate to my favourite hairstyle among all princesses.

13. Cinderella:
I hated putting her so down, especially she being my 3rd favourite princess. I hate the length of her hair, its like neither here nor there. I'd say, being a house maid, the poney with simple tie-band suited her purpose. I actually liked her cute little braids in the morning. But when...

salut everyone! So a really talented writer on this site had posed a question about which princesses fit best as Friends into friend groups. This made me very happy because I honestly think about this all the time (Disney Princess crossovers) so I was excited about the opportunity to read other fans' opinions. After lire many people's opinions and putting careful thought into this, I believe I have come up with groups that best fit the personalities involved. Since I'm being so villainous, it seemed like an appropriate time to share MY OPINIONS on DP films villains and rank them in order. (Joke intended :D)

So here goes:

1. Maleficent:
with her one nasty evil stroke, she set the stage, She didn't dabble in small time efforts. Her character is the most alluring and unique. She was a fairy, but an evil one. She has the aura of an enchantress. I loved her confidence when she took the stage while casting out the spell.
The best villainy traits: downright evil, need no disguise, doesn't flaunt but does every act confidently and with most style.

2. Mother...
