This is part 1 of Fanpop’s favori and this is favori DP Film now this isn’t my opinion at all if it was toi guys would all know if it was me. No La Reine des Neiges was ranked because it wasn’t out all over the world yet. This article will also be followed up par follow up votes in which toi guys share your thoughts on the ranking. So where it says, People said It won’t be in bold just to let toi know that’s where I put in your guys’ opinions which will have your thoughts but will be in my words*. Now on with the first ranking.

Eleventh: Rebelle with 145 points
 Rebelle with 145 points
Brave with 145 points

I was sad to see this movie get down so low yet I understand why it’s down here. We were all promiced a bad*** film but got something that was lacking almost everything Pixar and Disney Stands for. People a dit about it that it was It was a wonderful movie, it taught great lessons and is very underrated but the humor really messed up the film, and for some they can’t watch it over and over again.

Tenth: Cendrillon with 160 points
 Cendrillon with 160 points
Cinderella with 160 points

Yet another ranking I find saw to see so low. It’s a beautiful film and seems to be plus Disney than any other DP film that Disney has come out with. It’s full of magic good lessons and amazing characters. People a dit about it that is was ”A true classic and very iconic and magical. But the characters lacking and seemed dragged out at times. But they also all could agree that it was a classic that could never be remade.”

Ninth: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs with 194 points
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs with 194 points
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs with 194 points

Okay, I mess up big time on this ranking for some odd reason my IPod told me the ranking came out to 30,000,383 and I was like ”Wow! People really l’amour Snow White!” Then I saw that I hit the times button and didn’t add…so I was sad that it ended up this low also but I understood. It’s beautiful for the first colored full length animated film. But it gets old at times. People a dit about it that is was It was a cute film for its time, but is slow and fill of filler scene.

Eighth: Pocahontas with 196 points
 Pocahontas with 196 points
Pocahontas with 196 points

I understand about this ranking. Pocahontas is beautiful and amazing but weak and hard to understand at times. People a dit about it that is was ”Boring, Amazing, Weak, Underdeveloped, Awesome and a great soundtrack and animation <Princecatcher93 likes!

Seventh: Sleeping Beauty with 197 points
 Sleeping Beauty with 197 points
Sleeping Beauty with 197 points

This ranking proves that Sleeping Beauty fans have awaken from their sleep to come here. I’m happy for it. It’s a beautiful classic film that almost everyone can enjoy. People a dit about it that is was ”Boring and Not boring and the animation was amazing. Character were flat and also amazing In other words the ground was even

Sixth: The Princess and the Frog with 198 points
The Princess and the Frog with 198 points
The Princess and the Frog with 198 points

The First DP Film to be the Best Film since the Lion King didn’t get that high. Personally out of the other film that got that saying it was the best film since then, IF toi didn’t count the other films during the Renaissance Era that came after TLK. It’s beautiful and screams a true Disney Classic, full of Disney Magic and Walt Disney’s Touch. But it was flawed so I understand why it was here. People a dit about it that is was ”The Plot was weak but the story really brought toi into it. Strong Character, great animation and good music”

Fifth: Raiponce with 206 points
 Raiponce with 206 points
Tangled with 206 points

I’m happy my favori film made it into the haut, retour au début 5 but wish it was higher. It was a mix of other Disney films but in the way it was it made it better. It took each era of Disney and made it into an amazing film. I don’t feel the DreamWorks feeling people say it has about and can’t seem to understand the hate it gets at times. People a dit about it that is was ”Fun, Amazing, Enjoyable for everyone also it was practically perfect! But it was lacking a bit of originality and was like DreamWorks. Good songs, characters, animation the liste goes on”

Fourth: Aladin with 232 points
 Aladin with 232 points
Aladdin with 232 points

I l’amour this film but personally I don’t understand how it got so high. I kind of see that as an overrated reason for it. It was to modern of its time and now it’s an oldie. The jokes don’t seem to fit in with the world we live in now but take out the jokes (SO in other words Genie) and toi have an amazing film without those reasons. People a dit about it that is was ”The first interesting DP film and good relationship with the prince and princess (Who are also great and amazing) but Genie and pop culture references hold it back”

Third: Mulan with 252 points
 Mulan with 252 points
Mulan with 252 points

For me Mulan has Lost its magic to me (Never really had it in the first place) so I disagree with this ranking but I can kind of see what people like about…okay I can’t. It’s good film and enjoyable for everyone the characters are nice and the songs fine. People a dit about it that is was ”Amazing! Great characters, strong story. One of Disney Best but was lacking.”

Second: The Little Mermaid with 283 points
The Little Mermaid with 283 points
The Little Mermaid with 283 points

IF toi asked me a an il y a (Beginning of 2013) I would be angry at this ranking but now I’m quite happy (Fanpop users write that down). It’s really an enjoyable film that’s fun for everyone. The music, characters** and animation is great. Sad to see it didn’t get number one. People a dit about it that is was ”Good plot, strong characters, good music, okay animation and for some it was weak and forgettable.”

First: Beauty and the Beast with 290 points
Beauty and the Beast with 290 points
Beauty and the Beast with 290 points

So yay for BatB it won this ranking…it’s okay…I l’amour Gaston…that is it from princecatcher. People a dit about it that is was”OVERRATED, Lacking plot, dull character, good and bad musique and it was made for Broadway.”***

So there toi have it Our favori Films of the an 2013. The Follow up votes should be up as soon as toi finish the article, please think about it not in your personally opinion but as in what toi see around fanpop what people like and dislike.

*I hope toi understand what I mean; I mixed all your commentaires together into one so we could get a get what other people thought about it. If toi don’t like that I’m sorry and I’ll change it out for the suivant article.

**Well all but Eric…why? I’m princecatcher93!!! If you’re new here you’ll just wait and find out about my “love” for Eric.

***I took in all the commentaires that there was that is not my personally opinion about it, toi guys know I have a “love” for BatB the size of my l’amour for Eric. I don’t want toi guys to call me out for being biased about it.

Many people think Mulan (the movie) has the best citations of all princess movie, that and the fact it is Mulan mois gave me idea to start such countdown. In the beginning, there were about 70 citations I thought are important , I included about 40 in countdown and here are the best ten.

Out of these ten:
2 are from Shang
2 are from Fa Zhou
2 are from Emperor
and 4 are from Mulan

10. "Ping, toi are the craziest man I've ever met, and for that I owe toi my life. From now on, toi have my trust" by Shang

This is a dit after Mulan saved Shang and finally earned honor and respect for her deeds.However...

Hi!
I'm a huge fan of Rick Riordan's books, and I thought this would be an interesting idea! First of all, let me explain toi a bit: there are 20 cabins in Camp Half-Blood, each of them belongs to a god, and their demigod children live in their respective cabins. For example, Percy Jackson belongs in cabine #3 because he's a son of Poseidon, and Annabeth Chase belongs to cabine #6 since her mother is Athena. The 20 cabins are:
#1 – Zeus (king of the gods)
#2 – Hera (goddess of marriage and fidelity)
#3 – Poseidon (god of the sea)
#4 – Demeter (goddess of nature)
#5 – Ares (god of war)
#6 –...

 Different faces, different personalities
Different faces, different personalities
We all l’amour Disney princesses, don’t we? So Seasons are also like them, they are really different from each other and each one of them at least has a good trait. I recently developed an interest of écriture articles on Disney princess symbolism. Thanks to the people who viewed my articles recently and loved them! Hope toi all enjoy!
Snow white – Spring
Yes! For me the princesses in spring category are kind, resourceful, pure, obedient, self-reserved, matured and somewhat innocent. I like the Spring people. Traits ou qualities tell she’s a spring person. She always likes to keep the room...

1. The outside of the palace is inspired par the Taj Mahal.

2. The word "Agra" is in the name Agrabah. Agra is a city in INDIA.

3. Rajah is a tiger. tigres are a symbol of INDIA.

4. Lotus fountains (like the one we see when we're first introduced to Jasmine) are an Indian thing.

5. "Abu" is an Indian name.

People complaining about Naomi being cast as jasmin because she's Indian need to educate themselves.

If toi want a version of Aladin with jasmin being played par a Middle Eastern woman, then major in film and get a film degree. It's not Disney's job to please you.

As for the people complaining...

A fair number of Disney Princess DVDs were released in the early 2000's, and the series I'm most familiar with is the Princess Party line. To my knowledge, there were just two installments, both of which I apparently still own! These DVDs feature Disney Princess-related games, activities, and stories with the goal of helping to create a memorable DP-themed party for young girls. I first rented this disk from Blockbuster about a decade il y a just to check out the games, so I have a bit of nostalgia for it. But how well does the content on the DVD hold up? Let's take a look!

DVD Features
There are...

Look down there! It's a song analysis!
Look down there! It's a song analysis!
Greetings! I'm ApplesauceDoctr, and today I present my fourth song analysis. This time though (somewhat similar to my "Reflection" analysis), I'll be comparing two songs -- "So This is Love" and "Dancing on a Cloud," both of which come from Disney's Cinderella. "Dancing on a Cloud," the deleted song, was written with the intent of doing what "So This is Love" later did -- to montrer how Cendrillon and the prince fell in l’amour with each other at the ball. While the two seem similar at first, further examination shows that the two are a bit different, and it gives a better understanding of why "Dancing...

 The good ol' baddies
The good ol' baddies
Well, it's time for another article here in Scarletland! I admit, I had this need for wanting to make another article again, but I didn't know of what subject to make of. Then browsing around the Internet, the inspiration struck me: I could write about Disney villains! Genius! Because that subject isn't trite and overdone at all! (/sarcasm)

Jokes aside, I've been these last days thinking and analyzing the Disney villains plus than usual (that is; I almost never think about them, so this was really unusual for me). Villains are essential for many of these movies, because if it weren't for them...

Saw an old question posté from a an il y a that inspired me to write this. The question was about which Disney Princesses might make best friends, in pairs, based on commonalities. As I started to think about it, I found all of the commonalities to be quite interesting. So I decided to post my findings of commonalities (not go for the BFF route) just because I found it interesting what the princesses had so much in common. Hope toi guys do too:

Snow & Aurora:
Both were royal but fled to the forest to escape their villains. Both were put under a sleeping spell. Both like to dance and initiate...

Hi everyone! I recently learned about the Bechdel Test from a friend and have been wanting to write this article ever since. This test is, at its core, an analysis of how women are portrayed in populaire culture. It reveals how much women tend to revolve around men in films, books, etc. To pass the test, a film (or any other work of fiction) must meet three requirements: the film must (1) have at least two named female characters (2) who talk to each other (3) about something other than a man. It seems so simple, right? Unfortunately a surprising number of films fail in at least one of these...

Okay, so I already did this, but with a different method. This time, I'll just be doing the regular way I always do it. Anyways, please keep in mind that this is my opinion, and we may disagree, so respect my opinion and I'll respect yours.

Enjoy the article! :)

13. Merida
In my opinion, she definitely isn't ugly, but she's not as pretty as the rest of the Disney Princesses here. First, I absolutely l’amour her curly red hair! It's absolutely gorgeous. I also l’amour her eyes, they're very pretty, especially with the blue color to them. However, I do have a problem with her head. Her hair is...

Ok, so I'm going to liste my haut, retour au début 10 favori Disney Princess dresses. Since there's 10 spots, one Princess may be in the liste multiple times and another may not be on it at all. Before my number one I will liste honorable mentions that ALMOST made it onto my list. Time to start the list! Keep in mind that this is my opinion, and toi might not agree. Enjoy the article!

10. Belle's or dress

Maybe it's a tad overrated, but I think it deserves a lot of the attention it gets. It's absolutely gorgeous! Just look at it! And this is coming from someone who hates that color, and even I have to admit...

All right, this is really part analysis and half rant so if toi dislike the Disney Princesses (and if toi do I don't know why you're here!) ou hate the ones who at any point need a man's help (which is all of them, but I'll get to that later), I don't recommend lire this.

I also must warn you: I discuss stuff about every princess and we have THIRTEEN NOW, so it'll be long. Feel free to skim to your favorites, though, if toi wish, to make it shorter.

A lot of Disney fans and critics alike accuse the Princesses, specifically the older ones, of "sitting around waiting for a prince", "waiting...
