OK, so in my last article, I gave my reasons as to why I don't think Gothel is a full villain. In THIS article, I'm gonna give a liste of possible backstories that may have influenced Gothel to be the way she is.

I'll start off with the one that's the most likely, but the one I don't wanna believe.

1. In her youth, Gothel was a very sweet child, but as she grew into a teenager, the trials and tribulations of teenage life took their toll on her. She Lost most of her innocence and became obsessed with things such as her looks, so much so, that it drove her to vanity, obsession with her looks. The dark aspects of the world made her cœur, coeur dark.

2. Gothel was born into a large family with a loving mother and father. She got along well with her siblings and parents. However, her parents ended up getting involved with the wrong people (such as owing a debt) and her parents and older siblings ended up getting murdered. Her mom tells her in her last dying breath to stay beautiful, meaning always be kind and generous. However, Gothel misunderstands and thinks that she means to keep her youth. Also, Gothel, saddened and heartbroken par the loss of her parents and loved ones, does not want to go through the same things and as a result, desires to live forever, making her cold and selfish.

3. Gothel's parents ad sibling com down with an unknown disease and die from it and basically the same thing from #2 happens.
Here's my liste of Disney Princess couples, it's primarily based on what connected with me in their relationship and what i find admirable. I do have some ifs and buts with few couples but that's just my way of looking at how a relationship grow

1. Mulan and Shang:
Theirs a relation that I actually look up to with great admiration and respect. They both were mature to handle a relationship before falling for each other. Their l’amour grew out of mutual trust, understanding and respect rather than romantic feelings. It is to not say that romantic feelings are not true ou valuable, it's my personal...

Morals, like most things, are subjective.

5. Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs

I noticed that sadness seems to be the most populaire emotion among people and it’s understandable, no matter how strong toi are, nothing hits toi harder than life. True toi should try your best to get out of a bad situation but in the process, it’s good to make the best out of it. It’s important to be grateful and remember how blessed toi are, a positive attitude goes a long way in order to enjoy your life.

4. Brave

What I really like with Rebelle is that it’s easy to relate to because disagreements and miscommunication...

1. The iconic song “Part of Your World,” was almost cut from The Little Mermaid.
2. “Can toi Feel the l’amour Tonight” was also almost cut from The Lion King. Elton John, who saw the film with the song removed, told producers they needed to put it back in.
3. Aladdin’s face was modeled after Tom Cruise’s.
4. And Ariel was partially modeled after Alyssa Milano.
5. The Jungle Book was the last animated film Walt Disney personally supervised; it was released 10 months after his death.
6. John Lennon turned down Walt Disney Studios’ request for the Beatles to provide the voices of the vultures...

Ah, feminism and Disney Princess. Such a complicated relationship. Now I'm not an expert, especially being a guy but the topic of feminism in relation to the DPs has always intrigued me. I'm gonna try my hand at ranking the princesses in terms of agency, independence, heroism and other aspects to figure out which one of them is the most feminist. I'm trying to expand my écriture skills so this is gonna be divisé, split into three parts, starting with the bottom four.

WARNING: No Anna and Elsa in this countdown, so let's begin.

11. Aurora
Sorry guys, but I'm one of those people who believes that feminism...

Yesterday I wrote an article about my favori song from each DP Movie, today I'm doing an article about my favori song scene from each DP Movie, the only requirement for this was that the song in the scene has to mainly be sung par a character from the movie (this rule doesn't apply to Brave), also the song scene can of course have two songs in the scene

Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs - With A Smile And A Song

This movie has many great song scenes, it was actually a bit hard to pick a favorite, but this one is currently my favorite, first of all it has one my favori songs from the...

Well, according to my own preferences Mulan is the complete arrangement of relatable and admirable. She's always dutiful, she always tries to please her parents and her society. She often fails at it, but she tries her best. When she loses hope in pleasing her family, she figures she would rather sacrifice herself for her father then see him die doing what she's told. She even does such, to change her society. She takes a risk to have some value to her, which is achieving her own goals as well as helping the people she holds dear. She's clumsy, she messes up and makes bad decisions, but ultimately...
