So Mulan is my favori Disney Princess movie but this is not about which movie I like more. It's about which movie is better objectively, I will try my best. I'm not going to nitpick every single little details because let's face it, no movie is really perfect. Besides, I hate going on and on because I'd rather cut to the chase. I'd l’amour to read your agreements ou disagreements.

 10. Pocahontas
10. Pocahontas

The film had a lot of potential, shame it did not live up to most people's expectations. I absolutely l’amour the animation and score. But aside from those things, a lot of stuff happened out of nowhere. For example, when Pocahontas just knows how to speak English. I also think a lot of things in the movie was clichéd. John Smith was going to kill Pocahontas but he didn't because she was beautiful so I don't see the meeting as being a breathtaking scene. That's another thing, Pocahontas sometimes just stands somewhere and does a dramatic pose. There weren't much interactions between the characters like Pocahontas immediately judges Kocoum without really trying anything out with him. I also thought Kocoum's death was an awkward scene. A movie can be good even if it's inaccurately correct, that's obviously not the problem for me.

 9. Princess and the Frog
9. Princess and the Frog

I enjoyed this movie but let's look at the problems. Dr. Facilier's goals were questionable... The animal sidekicks were kind of useless. It has many plot holes like how charlotte didn't turn into a frog when she kissed Naveen and the ending was rushed. I don't think Tiana should've gave up everything for Naveen at the end since she was so determined and independent through the whole movie. There's just too much stuff going on. I think the songs are nice even though some say they're unmemorable.

 8. Cendrillon
8. Cinderella

Cendrillon is one of the most important Disney Princess movies. The film is exciting but not that much stands out of it. Don't get me wrong, I really l’amour this movie but it doesn't compete with the rest. The dress transformation was beautiful, the animation might not be the best but it's appealing to the eyes. I think they made Cendrillon too loveable and the villains too detestable but it's good in a way. Even if I knew what was going to happen, I was relieved when the slipper fit Cinderella's foot and Lady Tremaine's face expression was priceless. So happy for Cindy at the end.

 7. Sleeping Beauty
7. Sleeping Beauty

Like a lot of people say, the animation is like a moving painting and the score is grandiose. But animation and score doesn't make a movie. It lacks character development, no not because it's a classic Disney Princess movie but Aurora and Phillip are barely believable characters. They're the typical Knight in shining armor and damsel in distress. Sleeping Beauty is not exactly the most exciting movie but it rightfully deserves this place for its strong points.

 6. The Little Mermaid
6. The Little Mermaid

The Little Mermaid is very entertaining and ground breaking. I l’amour the ending and the soundtrack a lot. A lot of stuff were creative and unique. I don't feel much for the main character Ariel, she's not the best role model and always gets her way but at least she's not boring. Aside from that, I'd say the movie is undoubtedly amazing but there are better.

 5. Mulan
5. Mulan

There are some epic scenes but that doesn't make it the best movie. Some moments are corny and flawed but I don't really see much other problems with this movie. It has everything; drama, action, comedy and a little bit of romance which is great. I personally l’amour the score and the characters. They chose the best voice actors IMO. I wish I could put it higher but Mulan is plus of a really fun movie to watch than a phenomenal movie.

 4. Aladin
4. Aladdin

This movie has everything from action to romance, it's a really fun movie to watch. Now Aladin might not have the best score, but I think it's really enjoyable, one of my favorites. The plot and characters are really interesting. I l’amour the chemistry between the characters; Aladin & Jasmine, Aladin & Genie, etc. There's nothing really like it. The humor is great, though not everyone gets it. The ending was a bit rushed, Aladin outsmarted Jafar in a silly way and then the Sultan finally changes the law. But oh well, there are much plus good stuff to look at.

 3. Raiponce
3. Tangled

I think the plot is very well done, everything falls into place. There are good virtues and the relationship between Flynn and Rapunzel is one of the most developed. This movie is close to perfection. I guess the only problems I see are the forced humor and that I wasn't really feeling the songs. I think they tried too hard to please the public which worked par the way.

 2. Snow White and the Seven Dwarves
2. Snow White and the Seven Dwarves

The one who started it all comes at number 2, a classic! One of the most important films. It's really cute and original. The animation is lovely, the story is satisfying and the characters are fun. The Prince and Snow White fall in l’amour right away but it looks as if they were meant for each other. The reason it's not number one is because there's too many fillers. It's good that the movie takes it's time though, like when Snow White dies, it was a great emotional scene. It ended perfectly.

 1. Beauty and the Beast
1. Beauty and the Beast

Perfection! I know, it's not really perfect but there are just minor flaws. The soundtrack is the best. The prologue just blows me away. The transformation scene and ball room scene are breathtaking. The animation can be inconsistent but it's incredible IMO, I l’amour the characters' designs. The l’amour story is really beautiful. The characters are very well developed. The ending got me emotional. It certainly deserves first place on this countdown.
I thought it would be good to see in which order are précédant hairstyles eliminated. I would specially like to thank to all people who were voting, because we had some issues, like rigging and that, so I have to redo half of this, but I hope that results are almost fair

40.Mulan’s soldier updo:
“It's not pretty, she looks like a guy which is kinda the point” (KataraLover)

This hairstyle was eliminated with 50% among 40 other hairstyles in the first round. No wonder, I mean, look at it

39. Ariel with hat:
“She looks like Icabod Crane” (founten)

Some people don't even remember...

It's not just about the way they look and this is just my opinion. Only the ones without a description were mainly chosen based on their looks. This is just a short article I have in store for toi guys, enjoy!

Zooey Deschanel as Snow White
I know Zooey's a little old to play Snow White but I l’amour this quirky girl. She has fair skin and most people l’amour her unique chant voice.

Scarlett Johansson as Cinderella

Candice Swanepoel as Aurora

Ariana Grande as Ariel
Ariana has a bubbly personality and her chant voice is very pleasant to the ears. She has Ariel's facial expressions and...

Lyrics speak for themself

"Then a hero comes along
with the strength to carry on
And toi cast your fears aside
Because toi know toi can survive
So when toi feel like hope is gone,
Look inside toi and be strong
Then toi finally see the truth
That a hero lies in you"

Ariel: "A Place in this World" Taylor Swift
I chose this song for Ariel because how she feels how of place, and nobody is backing her up on it

"I'm alone, on my own
And that's all I know
I'll be strong, I'll be wrong
Hey, but life goes on
Oh, I'm just a girl
trying to find a place in this world"

In order as they voted on fanpop:
 Simple and comfy
Simple and comfy

9.Pocahontas: The main flaw of this ocher dress is that it is very simple. Well it has to be since she lives in nature, runs all the time and jump into the river. Perhaps Pocahontas doesn’t have huge, amazing gown, but she have nice and comfy dress and she sure had better time in it then some other princesses in their dresses.
 rose and puffy
Pink and puffy

8.Ariel: I mean, what were they thinking?! Red hair and rose dress. No, no, no! Were those who draw her dress lazy, ou was the royal wardrobe empty, I don’t know. However, the dress clashes...

After all the hype, merchandise and racial débats The Princess and the Frog finally made it to the big screen, confiture packed with a variety of different aspects that where inspired par other media. However not one of my favourite princess films, I can appreciate it was a good attempt and can enjoy certain aspects of its story. Now lets look at the concoction of literature, précédant films and art stirred together in the Gumbo pot to make Disney's latest fairy tale.

The original text that the film's plot was loosely based of which is a novel released only 7 years prior in 2002 with the title...

Other than Disney, my big fandom is Harry Potter. I generally sort people into houses, so I thought it would be fun to play Sorting Hat with the princesses. My sorting isn’t just par traits and house characteristics, but also a lot par personality, so some of them might not make too much sense at first.

Snow White: Hufflepuff
I know, none of toi expected it. Snow White in Hufflepuff, this is probably the biggest shocker in an article of mine since I put Ariel’s chant voice at the bottom of my list.
All sarcasm aside, is there really any other house for her? She is one of the most hardworking...

Don't get me wrong. I l’amour the Disney Princesses. They are all wonderful characters that symbolize the beautiful animated films they represent. However, I have to wonder, would Disney executives be sending a better message to their young fans if they instead called the line Disney Heroines? The reason I say this is because there are so many wonderful animated women in our favourite Disney films that are excluded from this branch of Disney entirely. Luckily, Pocahontas and Mulan were made exceptions which I think was a much needed change. If every girl can be a princess, as one of the company's...

In light of Valentine’s Day, I decided to write an article on the Disney Princess couple’s that I believe have the best and most realistic relationship. Oh, and spoiler alert: I only really like 4 of them.

Couples I DON’T like…

10. Mulan & Shang

 Mulan & Shang
Mulan & Shang

I l’amour Mulan – she’s intelligent, Rebelle and selfless. And Shang’s no novice either; in fact, his bravery, leadership and courage are practically matchless. But their relationship, it was too sudden; too forced. They lacked chemistry. Make no mistake, I l’amour Mulan and Shang, they’re great – just not together....
