Ever since I've been out of that tower and crowned princess, I've dreamed of marrying Eugene. Well, I asked my parents about it, and they a dit I can marry him only if I get educated. I had servants look for colleges and private schools that I might be interested in. The one that I picked was Disney Academy. It had great classes and I heard it was a lot of fun. I applied right away.
About two months later, I got a letter saying that I was accepted in Disney Academy and they suggested I apply in their art classes too. I was so excited that I ran to my room to pack my things. I passed par mother in the hall.
"What's the rush, dear?" She asked.
"Mother, I got accepted to Disney Academy! Isn't that great?!"
She screamed and hugged me.
"That's wonderful! I'll be happy to help toi pack. When does it start?"
"In a week."
"Okay great. I can get toi new clothes par then." She then walked away to tell my father.
When I got to my room I jumped on my lit and danced all around. I couldn't believe it!!! Me in Disney Academy!!! BEST...DAY...EVER!!!
That whole week I counted down the days until the jour I left. It was great to know I'd have fun in Disney Academy, then for celebration when I graduate, I'll marry Eugene!!!!
When the jour came that I had to leave, I couldn't wait to get my hands on the new art supplies that the academy will provide for me. But I was concerned about one thing; my roommate. I have an older friend who went to Disney Academy and she had the weirdest roommate. My friend's name was Megara, and her roommate, Jane, freaked her out. Jane decorated her side of their room full of ape and monkey decor. And everyday at lunch; everything she ate had bananas in them. Meg eventually had to switch roommates because she couldn't take it anymore. I was afraid that I would have a roommate that I wouldn't be comfortable with.
But it was the opposite. I arrived at Disney Academy early to take a tour and learn my way around the school. I practiced all the greetings in all languages just in case my roommate doesn't speak English. Yep. I was that paranoid that I learned every language in the world. Nerdy, right?
Well, when my roommate, Ariel, walked in, I was relieved that she spoke English. And she didn't seem nerdy ou creepy in any way. And I loved her style. She had some ripped up Capri's with a poisson design on them. A half purple haut, retour au début and a cute turquoise backpack. She seemed a little nervous, which I could understand, and I tried my best to make her feel welcome. But to my surprise, she invited me to lunch.

It has been so long since I did an article on here and I felt like it's time to do something and be a part of the DP community.
Anyways, this liste might change after today so this would be a current list. So..don't be upset if your favori movie is low.
I am also ranking them on animation, music and characters. So keep that in mind!~ (Also,no La Reine des Neiges on this list. I haven't seen the movie yet.)

10) Beauty and the Beast.
Now,the movie wasn't too bad. It was just really really dull. The characters were meh and I just didn't see any development. The animation wasn't all that bad but it could have...

Right now I'm doing a countdown for which Disney Princess is the best role model, and I've seen some people not think they're the best role models, and since personally I see them as the three best role models, I'd like to explain why I think so. Also, I wanted to right an article that was a bit plus thought provoking other than another countdown and I was bored. I'll go through why each princess is a good role model individually, and at the end conclude what they all have in common, so let's get started! (I literally say "let's get started" ou "without further ado" for every single one of...

PERSONALITY OF AURORA (1/3)

Sleeping Beauty is tied with Cendrillon for my seconde favourite princess movie (Snow White is first). Here is the personality of Aurora as how I see it when I watch Sleeping Beauty; mostly chronological.

1. Playful
2. Tender
3. Wondering
4. Fair
5. Rebellious

1 PLAYFUL

Contently doing chores, singing/humming to herself, Aurora smiles as she overhears her aunts:

Fauna:
Yes, but how are we going to get her out of the house?
Flora:
Oh, I’ll think of something.

Knowing that it’s her birthday, she puts them on the spot par playfully asking “Well,...

A common complaint against Ariel is how she changes herself ou gives up her fins, family and world for a guy. This doesn't bother me too much since the film establishes that she desperately wanted legs and life on land even before she saw Eric. Just listen to "Part of That World."

That's not the focus of this article though. Another common criticism is how losing her voice and trying to woo Eric anyway sends a message to young girls that toi don't need to have opinions ou a personality to get a man. That all toi need is a pretty face.

I have two rebuttals for this argument.

First, one does not...

Here's my review of La Reine des Neiges which I saw last Friday online so of course the quality of the movie wasn't amazing, but it didn't stop me from watching it. This is actually my first review so commentaires are appreciated. And don't worry those of toi of toi who haven't seen the movie yet, this review won't contain any spoilers

Story - 10/10

I had high hopes for the story to be good and it was really good. The Snow Queen was one of my favori fairytales when I was a child and this movie was a great twist on the classic fairytale. The story is not very complex, but also not too obvious. Like many...

No, this is not another article in defense of the Classic Princesses (though the subject may be brought to atention and toi may be annoyed). This a follow-up to my review of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. I decided that besides reviewing each Disney Princess movie, I'll also review the protagonist (a.k.a the princess herself). So, before I déplacer into reviewing (and watching, not in that order) Cinderella, I'm doing this article reviewing Snow White, the character herself.

Diferent from what happens with my reviews of the movies, I won't give her a score for each section. I'll just, well,...

So, I just finished watching Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, because I plan in rewatching all Disney Princess films in order. I'll also write a review for each after I watch it - except Frozen, maybe, since I already did, but I may write a comparision about what changed in my opinions.

I'll also try giving each part (plot, music, etc.) a score, but I warn toi I can't be too harsh.

Without further ado, ladies and gentlemen, the fairest one of all: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

The Plot:

I see almost no problems with the plot. in addition to being concise, it's charming and captures...

 First Renaissance movie
First Renaissance movie
This is the fourth of a set of reviews and analyses that I will be doing on each Disney Princess movie. I will try to be as unbiased and analytical as possible. I watch the movie so that it is fresh in my mind, and review 10 categories: the princess, the prince, the couple, the villain, other characters, the plot, animation, songs, score, and mood. I then give each category a score out of 10, then the movie as a whole receives a total score out of 100. All categories contribute equally to the final score.

 Boring and Too Short
Boring and Too Short
The Disney Princesses have the most amazing hair, like ever in my opinion anyways, though some plus so than others. So here's my liste starting at the bottom.
13. Snow White
Sorry Snow White but your hair is just boring. It's super short and I've just never been a fan of short hair. I like that it's curly but that's pretty much it.

12. Tiana
Her hair is really only slightly plus interesting than Snow White's.I hate that she only wears it in a bun through out the entire movie, I wish she would wear it down. I like her curls though, they are cute.

11. Cinderella
I find her hair pretty bland as...

A couple months back, I gave my past view on FROZEN. Now, here's my current view.

First of all, I've decided that I'm going to see the movie. I realized how good it might be. I've told my mom about it and she a dit it sounded interesting. I think it comes out on Thanksgiving. I might not be able to see it on Thanksgiving, but I will definitely go see it then tell toi guys about it! I hope toi guys like the movie as well! Now, onto Elsa.

At first, I wasn't sure about another DP joining, but now, I'm slowly starting to accept that. And to be honest with y'all, I like HER better than Anna! Maybe...
