Snow fell in a calm way, soothing Belle. Her cœur, coeur had been angered and completely disappointed. Though Beast had come a long way since his transformation, there was still a part of him that was very dark and almost hurtful. She couldn’t understand why Beast was often angry, when he had everything he could ever want.
“Maybe I’m not seeing him right. Maybe I just don’t understand.” Belle pondered. “Maybe there really is a part of him I don’t know.”
She refused to believe Beast was bad. He was human just like anyone else and Belle loved him.
“When toi l’amour someone toi accept them for the good and the bad.”
She walked along the snowy forest path, taking time to think and reflect of her l’amour for Beast. The only thing she knew for sure was, it would never stop.
“He had been so stubborn.” Belle thought aloud. “Still, I suppose that’s part of what makes him the person I love.”
When they had argued, she had been just as stubborn. He didn’t hesitate to let her leave the castle, as he knew nature often calmed her down as being alone calmed him down.
As Belle walked deeper into the forest, there came a strange feeling inside her that she was not alone. Perhaps Beast had come for her, she thought.
“Beast?” She called out. “Beast. Is that you?”
There came no spoken answer, only a small growl that soon increased in volume. Belle knew there were loups in the forest, and suddenly regretted going out alone. She knew if a loup attacked her, she could only hold it off for so long. She hid behind a tree, away from the growl. But hiding could not protect her from the predator before her eyes.

I was thinking about the fact that Middle-Eastern and Indian royalty back in the days would have what is called a harem. Jasmine's dad as far as we know doesn't have one. If Jasmine's dad had one it would be very likely she would have had shared living quarters with her steps and half-sisters and maybe aunts.
I think if jasmin had grown up in a harem she would been complete different and be 1)competitive and 2)she would also be Vigilant due to the number of X times she had been poison-if on purpose ou par accident par the steps.
of course there's the fact Jafar could somehow 'use' her steps to get closer to her. So maybe that's one of the reasons why they didn't have a harem.
