They do have similarities. When they tried to hurt their hero/princess their plan failed. But I think that's all. If they got together as a couple, eventually Ursula would get so annoyed with him. He's just not as evil as her. He whines if his evil plan doesn't work while Ursula just keeps going and thinks of another plan to continue in her evil agenda.

Despite they have different Elementals, Ursula's Case is Water and Hades' Case is Fire, But they are Deal Makers.

I agree with SarahCorine while they do have similarities with making deals Hades just whines when things don't go his not only that but Ursula to me is more determined to get what she wants that she eventually steps in and takes care of business herself instead of relying on her sidekicks or henchmen to do the wok for her like Hades. Plus I personally prefer Hades with Eris they have very similar personalities.
