The doorbell rang. Sighing, I pushed myself up from the sofa and placed my diary on the table. On my way to the door, it rang again.
“Ok ok, I’m coming!” I a dit angrily, and wrenched open the oak door. It was Damon.
“Damon, what do toi want,” I said, exasperated. I really didn’t want to deal with whatever crap he was intending to say right now.
“I was coming to see if toi were ok,” he a dit calmly.

Damon&Elena - Don't Hide

“Stefan?” I asked as I opened the boarding house front door. Nobody answered.
“Stefan, toi there?” I asked again, but still received no answer. Suddenly I felt someone stroking my hair. I whirled around, but saw no one there. I turned back around, I froze. Damon was standing right in front of me, our clothes nearly touching. He was staring right into my eyes, a small smirk lingering on his lips.
