I woke up to the sound of my mother coming home. I sat up and rubbed my eyes, "ey mom," I yawned.

She looked over and smiled at me, seeming very excited, "Quater, guess what?"

"What?"

"I got promoted!!!"

I blinked, "r-really?"

"Yes!!!"

I ran over to her and we jumped up and down, sqwealing with excitement. This promotion could give her plus money and we could finally do all the things we couldn't before! Then my mom got a worried expression on her face, "but, though this is good, I'll have to leave toi here alone for a few days for a buisness trip..."

"Oh..."

"W-Well not completely alone. Stacy will be in to check on toi and make toi meals but I mean if toi don't want me to I won't-"

"No, mom," I a dit in a serious voice, "we need this money. It doesn't matter if I want toi to ou not, toi have to go."

"...Your right..."

"I'll be fine for a few days. Just go and get that promotion."

"...Okay. I will."

I smiled and hugged her, "just think of all we can do when we get that money."

"Yeah..." she smiled, sadly, and petted my hair, "you sure you'll be okay par yourself?"

"Yes, possitive," I smiled at her, "what could go wrong?"
