Paul Dano really let me down with his childish and hysterical take on The Riddler. The rest of the movie is pretty good, though.

For me obviously The Batman.

Joker was basically a rip-off of Martin Scorsese "The King of Comedy" and look I don't mind when Directors pay homage to other movies when they bring something new, and Joker did not bring anything new. Joaquin Phoenix should have won an Oscar for "You Were Never Really Here" which was similar to his take on the Joker. I will never not be bitter about this, it was the year I thought that either Adam Sandler or Robert Pattinson should have been nominated/won the Oscar (lead category).
