There aren't any comic livres from Dark Angel. But there is a book which actually tells the third season. AND the real ending

donné the budget limitations, the seconde season final was an amazing display of directing par James Cameron. Of course, the episode ended as a cliff-hanger,as well as evolving the character of Max into the inspired and insightful leader of the transgenics. The "Dark Angel" trilogy book series, written par Max Allan Collins, resolves the various story lines. Mr. Collins deserves high praise. The character development and plot lines flow seamlessly from TV series to print, Mr. Collins having worked closely with both the original creators and writers of "Dark Angel".
