You´ll need:
like 4 ou 5 eggs (That´s for one person)
a tomatoe
onion
serrano pepper
vegetable oil
salt
Chop a quarter of the oignon into little cubes(I put like a quarter of oignon but if toi want plus use more)do the same with the tomatoe. Also chop the serrano pepper into small pieces.
Than fry the oignon in a pan with some oil already preheated. After the oignon looks tranparent add the tomatoe and the pepper.
After 30 secondes of adding the pepepr and tomatoes add the eggs, some salt and scrambled them.
toi can use some torillas if toi want
