So my first review did about as well as a truckload of bottled farts. Can't say I blame you; first reviews are always hit-or-miss. Plus, ToM: Arena is a pretty damn new game, localization-wise. Ponyville always lags behind in terms of free stuff considering how out-of-the-way we are to bigger towns like Manehattan, Fillydelphia and even Canterlot. But this suivant game I'm reviewing has been out for years. sûr, sans danger to say everypony played this game during its heyday. I got to the party somewhat late, in 2011, but par today's standards, DS2 is still a bucking masterpiece. Let me tell toi why.
-Story-
You're a mercenary under the employment of Valdis at the game's outset. You're tasked with recovering a Druidic artifact for him so he can be one step closer to forging the Deus Ex Machina, also known loosely as the Hero's Shield, because I forget its true name. toi end up being betrayed par Valdis and he takes the shield part anyway. Drevin, your partner(-in-crime), is murdered in front of your eyes and Valdis walks away as if nothing happened. You're placed under arrest... par THE DRUIDS, NO LESS... for your role in making the Druids defenseless. They then tell toi some time later that in exchange for your freedom, toi do their bitchwork for them. It's pretty important bitchwork, though, because to find and get revenge against Valdis, toi have to help a lot of ponies wih their story-based quests. Stopping a monster invasion, helping a fellow druid with her donné task so she'll rejoindre your party, and let's not forget FINDING THE PIECES OF THE CELESTIA-DAMN SHIELD toi NEED. That's the biggest one. I wish I coud tell toi more, but I don't really want to be that poulain, colt that spoiled this game for you. This is one of the most engrossing stories I have ever been invested in.
Rating: 95/100
-Gameplay-
Holy shit. This is how toi do it, Gas Powered Games. THIS is Dungeon Siege as it was supposed to be at the outset... as in, your inaugural game. No respawning enemies except for those summoners midway through the game? *sigh...* Thank Celestia, then, that that feature is in this game. Considering leveling up your skills and abilities is sort of the bucking point of this game, it makes sense that toi should have enemies that respawn. Consider this: your combat mage needs to master heavy armor so her survivability will increase, par probably 5%, but still. In DS1, toi were basically stuck with your chosen best skill. Here in DS2? Do whatever the buck toi want! The game is outright letting toi put your customization dick in its leveling system pussy, and the level progression offspring it produces is perfect in every way, shape, and form. No plus limitations! Jack-of-all-trades characters no longer suck! Nature Magic is viable! A ranged healer is now possible without sacrifice! The power is yours to make, and there's a shitload of it here. Protip, though... auto-battle ou die. Trust me.

-Music-
Nothing to write accueil about. Use YouTube ou iHeartRadio ou even TuneIn. toi will thank me.
Rating: 50.5/100
Replay Value:
TONS! So many builds to try! So many weapons to wield. So many spells to use. This game is to replay value what DragonForce is to boss fights. Multiplayer is bucking unnecessary; nopony plays this online anymore. But the single player is plus than enough.
Rating: 93/100
-Final Verdict-
This is easily in the pantheon of great video game series. Don't let the sub-90 score fool you; this is an awesome game. Buy it wherever it's still being sold and enjoy money well spent.
Final Score: 84.625/100
This truly was an epic game.
