I can see something like Brandon Lee portraying Eric Draven as a warlock who would use the blinding spell on his enemies:

Eric: (stirs the green potion in the cauldron a little) Give me the power. Give me the dark. (He goes to get another doll from his rack) I call on you, the laughing gods. (He yanks one of the dolls off of the rack) Let your blackness crawl beneath my skin. (He wraps T-Bird’s black strap around the doll’s head) Accept this sacrifice… of T-Bird. Feed on him. (He drops the doll representing T-Bird into the potion)

From my perspective, that sounds pretty cool, as well as very inspiring to write about, too. :)
