BTS take home their first win ever on \'The Show\'

BTS has been singing in every single interview that they were aiming for #1 this time with "I Need U"... and they finally got it!

The boys took home their first ever win on a music show on the May 5th episode of

SBS MTV\'s \'The Show\', beating out competition such as EXID and BASTARZ. \'The Show\' congratulated them on the win and tweeted, "The 27th The Show Choice was won by BTS!! Congratulations on winning your first music show #1! We hope you continue to be the best!! Congratulations to ARMY, too!"

BTS themselves tweeted the above photo, writing, "Thank you!! We couldn\'t say anything because we were so shocked... ARMY, thank you so much for our first win. Everyone worked so hard. We\'ll become even better. We love you."

Jin also treated fans to a gorgeous selca and wrote, "

ARMY!!!! Thank you so much for letting us win #1. We\'re going to think of this as the award that ARMY gave us after working so hard, and we\'ll work harder and try harder. Thank you, our ARMY♡."

On top of that, they are trending worldwide as fans celebrate with "#BTS1stWin."
