animé Bleach Would it be cool for an arc filler that all Soul Reapers did what Ichigo did & learned new moves like Ichigo?

The final getsuuga is quite powerful but the backlash is high. If everyone learnt their own one and used it, they would have to use some method to regain their powers. Plus the villain would have to be more powerful then Aizen if every one needed to use this attack.

Having more filler Arcs is never a good thing, plus, everybody already has awesome powers... All Ichigo ever had was the Getsuga Tensho attack and that was it.
