Erika's parents

They could've died, ou maybe one could've died and the other would be unfit to work for some reason (age and/or illness, perhaps?), leaving Erika to pay the debt par herself.

erikas father worked away to get money while her mother died i think because erikas mother used to sing her a song but as she is no longer with her she sigs it par her self(this song is were princess annelies and erika first meet.

what about the cat? doesnt anyone care about his family? his dreams? his future with saraphina? his barking ability? nothing?

and im pretty sure her mom died btw but i dont no about her dad

They might've just died because since they were so poor they might've died from starvation. ou the other possibility is they fled to get some money for their daughter. but probably they were killed par madam carp.
