Congrats on winning, how does it feel like to be the FOTM?
First of all, I would like to thank all who nominated and voted me. I am very grateful to toi guys! <333 I already won FOTM on April 2012, yet... I still feel the same way like I am winning for the first time!
How did toi find the Barbie films spot?
I was looking for pictures and information about Barbie Movies. And lo! I found this club is fulfilling my desire. :)
My favourite character is Liana. She is very brave, daring, determine, beautiful, and has a lovely voice
When and how did toi discover the movies?
My dad was the one who introduced me to Barbie movies. I was only four years old if I recall it perfectly.
What do toi like about the movies?
The friendship and romance. And the songs! Ah, so many that I cannot mention all!
What is your favourite movie and why?
Barbie and the Diamond Castle.The movie is absolutely perfect. From the beautiful characters, amazing songs, to fantastic plot twist, and most of all is the moral: Friendship is the True Treasure.
What makes your favourite character so special from all the other characters?
My favourite character is Liana. She is very brave, daring, determine, beautiful, and has a lovely voice ^^ What makes her special is that she knows what is right and she stands up for it no matter what will happen.
What is your favori fanfiction and story that you'd like to see with Barbie?
My dad was the one who introduced me to Barbie movies.
My favourite fanfic is my own XD. It is about Keira from Barbie: The Princess and the Popstar getting a pair. Her pair is a long Lost heir of a kingdom ^_^. I would like to see plus important and good romance.
If there's something you'd like to change about the movies, what would it be?
The animation colours. Seriously, the colours hurt my eyes. Flashy purple, pink, blue, green, and orange combined are just... euh! I wish for plus soft colours like the old movies. Also the redundant plot. There are always two sidekicks that are almost prettier than the Barbie with one has high pitched voice is funny and the other has lower voice and plus serious, lame villains who have scary evil attempt but are losing in a pathetic way, duplicated names, and bad romance scenes of the protagonist and her prince! Useless, annoying, and forced-to-be-in-the-movie princes. Look at Eric, Stefan, Daniel, Julian, and so on until Ken. They still hold the plot twist.
Which character would toi like to know in real life?
Three names: Liana, Corinne, and Keira. Liana, she is an amazing best friend. Fun, dreamy, loves music, and audacious! Corinne, she is decisive and has a great leadership among her companies. Not to mention her taste in romance. While Keira, who doesn't want to meet a pop étoile, star toi adore? Besides, I always wanted to borrow her magic microphone.
What character from Barbie films is really like you?
I am similar to Teresa in appearance the most
I am a combination of Liana, Anneliese, Aramina, and Teresa. Liana because of she is bold, determine, and loves music. Anneliese, she loves science, reading, and friendly. She doesn't want to be bound par the tradition, however, she’s responsible to her duties. I am similar to Aramina from her hopeless romantic side <3 I am similar to Teresa in appearance the most because I’m highlighted brunette, blue-eyed, and tan coloured skin.
Which character would toi like to be in a relationship with in real life? Why?
Daniel. He fights for his love! So romantic. Besides, he is a skillful archer XD
What qualities does a movie have to poses, for toi to like it?
A strong plot with developed characters, beautiful music, dancing, and touching relationship between characters.
What are your hopes and wishes for the future movies? Is the future looking good in your opinion? Why ou why not?
I hope for the future films to add their qualities in animation, story line, voice actors/actresses, and songs. But I foresee Barbie's future is looking good. There will be a live action movie in 2015! I can't wait to see it :D
Is there anything else toi would like to say?
Yes, I wish for Disney to own Barbie instead of Universal studio. Disney is the pinnacle of animation quality. Although I know that Disney has already own sooo many movie franchises, but I have a faith that if Barbie is own par Disney, it's future will be brighter ^^.
