I'm from New Zealnad, but I was in the Uk for a bit, and got to the first four episodes from Series 2.
I also downloaded the first one on the net. It's easy. Just type in the episode name on Google along with BBC Merlin, end it the whole thing .avi.
(e.g bbc merlin the curse of cornelius sigan.avi)

BINGO!!!

toi find heaps of stuff. I choose a site where it was free and it was really good quality.
It took 55mins to downlaod it, but it was sooo worth it.

i dont think its unfair as its an english show, american shows put pictures up on sites when they havent been released in england! but i do agree that its only fair to put spoiler alerts on.

ohno i didn't think about that if i put any pictures i will put spoiler alerts on them plus if toi want to im sure the episodes have been put up on Youtube = )

toi can also try SurftheChannel, because they sometimes have episodes up pretty shortly after they are released. ou download them if toi feel comfortable doing so. That is if toi don't want to wait. I suppose if toi really want to wait, toi just have to be careful. I just download them (I'm in Canada) because I can't wait.
Of course, I don't advocate dubious activities like that, no... *shifty eyes*

Letmewatchthis.com is always a handy one. I HIGHLY recommend the Putlocker ones. Others have either bad quality video's ore are have limited watch. Putlocker is both unlimited and has perfect quality.
