I’m back in the UK now and I’m still disappointed about my defeat at the US Open, I know I had a good chance this year.
I’ve had a few days to reflect on the match and I know I didn’t play near the level I’m capable of. Having a dit that, full credit to Stan who played a great match, he’s a haut, retour au début player, has a solid game and played very well, sometimes toi have to give credit to the other player.
By and large, my record in the Slams has been pretty good this year, a Final in Australia and a Wimbledon semi-final. But rest assured, no-one is trying harder than me to go that step further...
