I think you're referring to "On The Loose". Yeah, it sucks that it's not on the Soundtrack, but it's on the bonus musique CD that comes with some of the Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital Copy combo-packs, although the version on the CD is a little different from the one in the movie. I managed to find and buy the combo-pack with the musique CD at Target the other day. It also has "Me & You", which is the song Garn & Debbie (the ex-biker and the librarian) and Kate & Humphrey danced to a little earlier in the movie. That's also a little different version, but still cool.

Since I've listened to "On The Loose" a few times on my mp3 player, I don't think that it's a different version, after all. It's just that it's the full song, not a "half-song" like in the movie.
