This is a small tribute to our favori pixie with premonitions and battle scarred Empath gentleman. The reason I find hope in this practically unmentioned couple of the Twilight Saga is because I find them to simply be the "Forever Love". There story does not consist of never-ending drama and their are no difficulties they face when it comes to their relationship, but the truth they find in each other is plus immense and beautiful than any other I know. Something about their intensity and passion for each other that is so silent but so powerful... It's beautiful :]
I just recently understood the power of their relationship, because I believe it takes a while to sink in. How completely selfless they are.
The difference between Jasper and Alice and the other Twilight Couples (or any other fictional/real couple in general.... but I can't speak for ALL) is that they are not two people in love. No, they are one person. They mesh together. They can not be without the other. They are one person. One completely in l’amour person. They each make up each other's Lost half and without the other... they would not be able to exist.
Even Stephanie Meyer admits:
"They just ARE together, and have been from before they even met. They are not complete without each other–and never were. That's what makes them different from the other couples, the "never were." They were already not-whole before they met, waiting for each other."
Now how can one deny this intense relationship? I certainly can't. And if the relationship were to somehow end... I would be crushed :(
