if toi are not feeling safe,and youre afraid talk 2 sum1 close 2 u family memeber,friend,but u MUST MUST go and talk 2 a doctor bcs if thers sumthin wrong going on,u may not noe about it but a doctor will help you,dont b afraid 2 admit it 2 them,,they r ppl u can trust an u musnt worry.dont b afraid,ur safe,and u got a lot of ppl behind u,bcs they all care WE all care,and u must be sure of urself.

okay first calm down it could just be your mind playing tricks on toi it happens first of all is there any medications toi are taking that could be the reason there are a number of things that could cause this get a goodnights rest and it should all be okay in the morning if its not then toi may want to tell someone about it that can help like a parent but i had things like this happen to especially from lack of sleep ou a new medicine ou something so its probably really nothing to worry about but if it gets worse tell someone hope this helps i really don't know what else to say

this mabye pst (post tramuatic stress) is this a dream ou a vision cuz if its a vision u may have seen someone else die before and r afriad of that happening 2 this guy dont worry this i actually have this from whatching my girlfriend get murdered and i still lead a normal life
