okay here is what i would do encourage your friend to talk to him if hes a jerk she will realize it and not be interested and if hes a nice guy talking to him will make him seem less like a fantaisie that she dreams about and plus like a friend. If she refuses to talk to him try to distract her with Friends ou something else try talking to her about it and ask what besides his eyes makes him so appealing. i know this is probably not the most helpful response but i tried and i hope it helps a little i wish toi and your friend the best of luck

toi should get your friend to talk to him and if he likes her back she will know and if he doesn't she should déplacer onto something/someone else, but there is no point in her waiting forever to know if he likes her aswell and it is worth a chance asking him out, because toi never know.
