You're already dating the guy from Arkansas, which means toi like him/love him, whatever.
But toi say the guy toi work with likes YOU. Do this mean toi like HIM, back, ou just that he's told toi he likes toi and now toi feel pressurised to do something about it?

To be honest i think things should stay the way they are. You're obviously happy with the guy you're dating so why hurt him just so toi can try it on with this new guy? Just because he likes toi doesn't make it your problem. He'll have to suck it up and continue with his life like you'll continue yours, and yes it will be difficult to work together for a little while, toi will get embarrassed about seeing each other across the rue and not know what to say to each other, but don't toi think toi owe it to your boyfriend to stay as honest as possible to him?
toi shouldn't have to choose. toi should know who would be better for you.
