I'm a writer, but all my female (and some male) characters are very weird and either defy gender roles ou some other things, and most of my own interests, likes, dislikes, problems etc. etc. inspire my ideas for them. Does this mean I'm weird?

Ask about some information on my characters if toi want to see the weirdness! DX

hi
i write too, but just as a hobby. i think that it's good to have a range of characters and its definitely good that most of them are different to toi and maybe a bit weird because it means toi have a good imagination so as long as it's constructive, embrace the weirdness, i would say. besides, many readers like weird- it's usually interesting.
i'd advise toi to carry on with what youre doing but keep adding new ideas.
:)
luv Lottie xx

eh now my characters are strange too and pretty much all of my novels are based my life... just fictionfide to make it interestinger... No it doesn't mean you're weird but who are we to classify weird... toi are simply toi and that's all toi can be so if toi like your characters then what does it matter! People like to read weird characters, like to knw that they have flaws like themselves...
