We met him in season 4 but that Adam was a Ghoul. But in season 5 Cas brought him back. And he became Michael’s Meat suit. Then Michael, along with Adam, fell into the cage. And now a an ou so later Adam is still in The Cage with a Pissed Angel and a Pissed fallen angel. Sam and his Soul are now out of the Cage, but what about Adam? Don’t toi thing he should get out?
