How do I like ou reply to a commentaire now?

With every video on the new YouTube, most of the commentaires have no buttons to like them ou reply to them. There are a lot that I really want to like ou reply to but there seems to be no way now.

That does seem like the only way. I don't think it actually alerts them though.

Same here with me, I will admit, I do not like the decision of the Google+ connection to YouTube in order to commentaire on vidéos because toi can't reply to legacy commentaires and toi also can't up vote ou down vote any of them either and that sucks, I have this problem too! XP
The only thing I like about this decision is that I can type as many character letters than before. :)
