SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Disney On Ice presents "Worlds of Fantasy" for nine performances at the Oncenter War Memorial Arena from Dec. 31 to Jan. 4.

The "Worlds of Fantasy" tour features adventures from "The Little Mermaid," "Toy Story," "Cars" and Pixie Hollow with Tinker Bell and the Disney Fairies.

Principal skater Sasha Lanser, who plays Tinker Bell, will visit Syracuse for the first time on this tour. Previously an ensemble skater, it\'s Lanser\'s fourth tour with Disney on Ice, but her first as a principal skater.

"It\'s definitely more responsibility from other things I\'ve done," said Lanser, 23. "It\'s like a dream come true. To finally play [Tinker Bell] every day, I couldn\'t ask for anything more. She\'s one of my favorites."

Lanser began skating at age six after being dragged to her brother\'s hockey games and practices.

"Being the sibling, I got jealous," Lanser said. "I asked my mom if I could see what all the fuss is about and I was like a duck to water."

For New Year\'s Eve, the tour\'s cast and crew will party together in their hotel.

"It sounds really cheesy but the cast really is a big happy family," Lanser said. "We celebrate holidays and everyone\'s birthdays together."

Disney on Ice presents "Worlds of Fantasy" Where: Oncenter War Memorial Arena at 515 Montgomery St.

When: Dec. 31, 2014 at 12 p.m.; Jan. 1, 2015 at 2 p.m.; Jan. 2, 2015 at 1 and 5 p.m.; Jan. 3, 2015 at 11 a.m., 3 and 7 p.m.; Jan. 4, 2015 at 1 and 5 p.m.

How much: Tickets are $20-$70, depending on the performance. Kids\' tickets are available for $15 for select performances (children age 2 and older must have a ticket). All seats are reserved.
