Chapter 1

It was hundreds of years after Kara's transformation, but she was still a plant-human hybrid. For the years before this day, she was shown as an abomination of nature. In short, people poked, prodded, and threw things at Kara.

However, this jour would turn out different...

Jeremy was a sixteen an old boy with black hair, brown eyes, and a smile that warm up even the most La Reine des Neiges heart. His father bought the mansion and garden for Jeremy as he was studying botany in college.

"I finally can have my own mansion and garden" Jeremy thought as he was driving down to his new mansion.

When Jeremy arrived at his new mansion, it felt...empty. Like no one had been there for years.

"Hello?" Jeremy asked as his voice echoed through the mansion. There was no immediate response, so Jeremy went inside.

The mansion was very large, but very unnerving. There were cobwebs all over the place, and every time toi entered a new room, it felt like someone was watching you.

"Uh...I guess I should go to the garden now..." Jeremy thought to himself as he was clearly creeped out par the old mansion.

Jeremy descended to the garden, his steps making small echoes. When Jeremy opened the door to the garden, a cry was heard.

"Huh?! What was that?!" Jeremy thought to himself as he walked to where the screams came from.

Suddenly, Jeremy tripped on a long vine.

"GAH!" Jeremy cried as he fell flat on his butt, "Yikes...that was embarrassing".

"Embarrassing? toi don't even know the half of it..." A voice snidely told Jeremy.

"Well it was...a little..." Jeremy blushed a little.

"Well don't come any closer" The voice commanded Jeremy.

"Why not?" Jeremy asked.

"Because!" The voice responded.

"Because why?" Jeremy responded again as he walked towards where the voice was coming from. He then suddenly stopped.

"Hello" Kara greeted Jeremy.

Chapter 22
    Dead end ou a breakthrough?
“What?” Cadence asked for the umpteenth time, and I gave him an exasperated look.
“Again?    Seriously Cadence, your supposed to be the one actually paying attention?” I say, frustrated.
Cadence flashed me a wicked smile. “Age is a number cupcake, I’m not that boring.”
I surpressed my smile as I told him and Jess everything that happened again.
“So,” Jess a dit after I was finished...

Look through the one-way glass,
The other side's covered in dust
toi can only see ahead
But not back again...

There's no time for disappointment
No time to look back and cry
We gotta go ahead and see to the future
Cuz there's so much plus to be done then

Look to the future
We will see ahead
Nobody's gonna wipe up the other side
toi can't look back now, just see to the future

The future's so much plus important than the past
So why weep over the memories?
Just plan ahead for the future
And toi will find it's worth it

The one-way glass
Is a wonderful thing to have
And it helps toi to stop worrying over your troubles,
To go ahead and shoot for the future

We will not look back to the past
Cuz it's covered in dust, no one can see through
Just go ahead and look to the future
The clear future that everyone sees

Chapter 21
    The opposite of her
I remember how it used to feel when I didn’t seem to matter. It was always Dorothy this, ou Dorothy that, and I was always left out ou ignored. I remember having to shout to get people to look at me, and then they’d be all like ‘oh, I’m so sorry, didn’t see you’.
I remember what it was like when I didn’t like my sister, ou at least, not much as I did when we grew closer. I adored her in the few years before she died, but there was a time that I didn’t want to be just like her....

I guess I never realized
What we had until it was gone
Then fun we had together
And the laughs we shared

It is funny how we acted
We would pretend to hate each other
Even though that want the case
I cared for toi deeply

I didn't know until the end
That toi felt the same way
After everything we have been through
The separation was the most difficult

When we were young
We laughed and shared secrets
You the loved me
While I then loved someone else

It was only when we were older
That I realized my true feelings
But it was much too late
To express them to you

You have a girlfriend now
One who toi might marry
She is very...

Chapter 19
    The girl named Serache
“Aren’t toi supposed to be at home, I watch the news too toi know.” Rob, Cadence’s uncle said, as soon as I stepped foot on his boat.
“My parents are a bit pre-occupied at the moment, there both at work, but my mom’s probably at the police station. Doesn’t matter, I have to ask toi something.”
    “And...
