I knew it will end like this, but I still think it's Fox Mulder. Being in all season doesn't mean being the best. Technically speaking, Mulder has been in all 9 seasons as well, plus Scully was barely there in the last one anyway. But I guess to each their own. Go Mulder! I still love you more :D

They are perfect as a pair, a team...neither is better, They're both my favorite.

Looks like I'm late for this. I would've picked Mulder. I actually never particularly cared for Scully. Scully was too sullen/serious for me and something about the actress got on my nerves. Max from Picket Fences was my favorite tv red head from the 90's :)

I guess what you mean is you would've picked Scully as you'd have to pick your LEAST favorite, not your favorite character :P
