So today was the season finale of season 5 and maybe my least favori last battle from all of the seasons. This is my opinion it's just that I prefer the battles against the Trix, Valtor, The Wizards and Lord Darkar before the battle against Tritannus since really only Bloom battled Tritannus while the Winx minus Layla were on Andros fighting the mutants.

So I've been meaning to write a one shot Bloom/Icy fic for a while but no ideas have come to me and also I simply haven't felt like typing it. :P But without any further delay...here it is.

Bloom didn't quite understand Icy...or witches in general. Little over a mois ago, the woman had religiously tried to destroy her and take her powers. In this article I'm just going to rant about what I don't understand about Bloom and why her powers are so great. If toi are going to get mad at me then don't read it because it will be long. I'll try to keep it respectful but it's my opinion toi don't have to agree with all of it ou even any of it.

Ok, so let's begin with Season 1. At first, I actually kinda liked Bloom because she seemed helpful and relatable at some degree. But then Dragon Flame came into the picture. And I was like "what the heck is happening now?" Here's what I don't get: so she went to find Daphne in that lake, yes....

I think I've figured out a reason the fans reject Aisha and Nex as a couple. Unlike the other couples, they haven't had many romantic scenes. They've never said, "I l’amour you." They've never kissed. (They were about to on their date, but Squonk interrupted them.) Their romance feels weak.

I blame Nickbow. In seasons 1-4, the couples were plus affectionate with each other. We often saw them kissing, cuddling, hugging, etc. It felt plus appropriate for their age group.

But from season five onward, the romance has been toned down. There's not much cuddling anymore and almost no kissing. When Aisha...
