The characterization of Carol Peletier in The Walking Dead has been one of the most empowering and believable journeys ever seen on television. From losing her family in times of the cruel world showing no remorse, Carol has gradually chosen to rage against the machine and rather dwell on suffering, she summons the power and courage to teach, to kill, and to survive.
