KatieWordweaver It looks like the person is wearing a hood over a helmet that covers his or her face (HA I used correct grammar). The person also looks like his or her face is made of stone. Stone… Gaea (or Gaia)… hood. Maybe it is a hint, a spy maybe? After all, a hood can be used to conceal ones identity. The person is also reaching for Piper. Maybe she will be influenced somehow.
