\'The Flash\' is now The CW\'s most-watched show ever

had a strong premiere. Now it’s broken The CW’s all-time records too.

With a full seven days of DVR playback finally in,

‘s series premiere earlier this month has risen to 6.8 million viewers. That’s The CW’s most-watched telecast in the network’s history. It’s also the network’s second biggest rating ever among adults 18-49 (2.6). If you count all platforms —including

digital streams (so not necessarily complete viewings) and repeats —the tally rises to 13 million viewers.

spinoff’s third episode just got its three-day DVR viewership in: The more recent Flash had 5.2 million viewers and a 2.0 in 18-49. Given that this measurement doesn’t have full seven-day data like the above figure, this is showing pretty strong retention of the show’s big premiere audience.
